This Privacy Policy describes how NewBorn Baby Birth Frame (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the application available on Google Play under the package name com.babyphoto.babyphotoframe.babypics. By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Photos & media you choose

The App lets you pick photos from your device gallery, capture them with the camera, and use them to create framed images, milestone collages, festival frames, AI-generated baby photos, AI-generated baby videos, AI future-baby predictions, background-removal results, and short videos via the in-app Video Maker. The selected photos are processed for the feature you initiated and saved to your device’s public Pictures directory when you tap Save.

1.2 Information generated by AI features

When you use AI features (AI Image, AI Video, Future-Baby Prediction), the photos you select are transmitted to our AI processing service to generate the requested output. We do not retain those photos on our servers after the generation is complete, beyond what is required to deliver the result to your device.

1.3 Device & technical information

• Device model, OS version, language, region, and app version.
• Anonymous app-usage events (screens opened, buttons tapped, errors) collected via Firebase Analytics.
• Crash diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token for delivering push notifications.

1.4 Purchase information

Purchases (subscriptions and consumable credit packs) are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive only the product identifier and a transaction confirmation. We never receive or store your credit card, bank, or full payment details.

1.5 Reports you submit

If you tap the in-app Report button on AI-generated content, the message you type and a timestamp are stored in our Firebase Realtime Database under “Reports inappropriate AI Content” so we can review the issue.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the features you actively initiate (frames, AI generation, video creation, background removal, saving and sharing).
• To deliver and improve the service, fix bugs, and analyse aggregate usage.
• To show advertisements (only when you have not purchased an ad-free subscription) via the ad partners listed in section 4.
• To process purchases and reconcile credits.
• To send optional reminder push notifications about new frames or content.
• To respond to support requests and content reports.

3. Permissions We Request

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended to be used by parents, family members, and guardians who wish to create photo frames or AI artwork using photos of their own babies and children. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

6. Subscriptions & Consumable Purchases

Auto-renewing subscription

• The premium subscription unlocks ad-free access, premium frames, and editing features.
• Billing is handled by Google Play and renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
• You can cancel or manage the subscription at any time from Google Play > Account > Subscriptions, or from the in-app cancel button.

Consumable credit packs

• Starter Pack — 20 credits.
• Standard Pack — 50 credits.
• Pro Pack — 130 credits.
• 1 credit = 1 AI baby photo. 20 credits = 1 AI baby video. Credits are deducted only when generation succeeds.
• Credit packs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by Google Play’s refund policy.

7. Data Retention

Photos you select stay on your device. AI inputs are kept on our processing servers only for the duration needed to generate and deliver the output. Anonymous analytics events are retained according to Firebase’s default retention. Purchase records are retained for as long as your account is active and as required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, port, or request deletion of personal information. Because we do not maintain user accounts, most of the data referred to in this Policy is either stored locally on your device or held only for the brief duration of an AI request. 9. Security

We use HTTPS for all network communication and rely on Google Play Billing and Firebase’s authentication for purchase and database security. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
